Refund Policy

DesigNation.Digital offers fully digital and customized services, tailored to individual client requirements. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once work has commenced or final deliverables have been shared.

Refunds will be considered only in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances from our end. In such instances, the client will be eligible for a refund subject to review and confirmation. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 days from the date of approval.

We encourage all clients to thoroughly discuss their requirements prior to initiating any project. Once a service is booked and the design process begins, cancellation or refund is not applicable.
