DesigNation is a registered Micro Enterprise under MSME, Government of India, with its official operations based in Madhya Pradesh. By accessing, browsing, or engaging with the services offered on the DesigNation.Digital platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions and any accompanying policies.

Users are expected to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at every stage of service engagement. DesigNation holds no liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations provided by clients. The final decisions related to service scope, design direction, and strategic adjustments remain at the sole discretion of DesigNation.

All services offered are digital and customized to individual project requirements. Due to the nature of these services, we do not accept returns or refund requests once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. Refunds will only be considered if DesigNation is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service under specific circumstances, and such cases will be reviewed internally. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 days from the date of approval.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any designs, layouts, content, or branded materials created or provided by DesigNation is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with DesigNation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients may not claim ownership or derivative rights over any part of the deliverables unless such rights are contractually transferred.

Engaging with our services constitutes a binding agreement, and users agree to honor all associated fees, timelines, and deliverables as mutually discussed. The platform must not be used for any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent activities. Violations of applicable Indian laws or misuse of services will result in termination of engagement and possible legal recourse.

DesigNation is not responsible for service delays or disruptions caused by force majeure conditions including natural calamities, regulatory restrictions, technical failures, or unforeseen emergencies. While every effort is made to maintain service continuity, certain events may impact timelines or scope.

By using our platform and services, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DesigNation, its owner, and affiliates from any legal claims, disputes, liabilities, or damages resulting from breach of terms, unlawful use, or third-party infringement.
